Refund policy

We put a lot of time and effort into creating high-quality digital products and custom clothing. Due to the nature of digital downloads and custom orders, all sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.

For custom clothing, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right!
